Our peanut noodles are a tribute to the traditional flavors of Fujian, where Chef Dan grew up. Tossed in a rich, savory peanut sauce and topped with roasted onions, yuzu, and Spanish Jamon, this dish blends nostalgic comfort with a modern twist. It's simple, satisfying, and deeply personal. A vegetarian version is also available with the same bold flavors, no meat required.
