Tossed in a rich, savory peanut sauce and topped with roasted onions, yuzu, and crispy Bünderfleisch, this dish blends nostalgic comfort with a modern twist – simple, satisfying, and deeply personal. A vegetarian version is also available – same bold flavors, no meat required.
