Our claypot rice is comfort food with a crisp edge – steamed and then fired for that irresistible golden crust. In the evening, it’s topped with luxurious A5 Wagyu, soy, MSG, and wagyu lardo. During lunchtime, you can customize your bowl with a variety of toppings like chicken, beef, or a flavorful vegetarian option – perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

The Soon to Be Famous Chinese Noodle Dish

Our peanut noodles are a tribute to the traditional flavors of Fujian, where Chef Dan grew up. Tossed in a rich, savory peanut sauce and topped with roasted onions, yuzu, and crispy Bünderfleisch, this dish blends nostalgic comfort with a modern twist – simple, satisfying, and deeply personal. A vegetarian version is also available – same bold flavors, no meat required.
